Message	to offset the fuel mass reduction from reduced density due to hot fuel. This helps prevent a lean AFR that can be difficult to drive until the fuel temp normalizes. I think the ECU maintains this higher pressure for 30 seconds - I'm not sure what temperature the threshold is to activate the system though.
